Motherboard orders are shipped via FedEx Ground service. Expedited air shipping service is available when ordering on our website or by contacting customer service. Although most orders ship within two business days, please allow up to three business days for in house production and shipment of your order excluding weekends and holidays.Returns and Refunds
Returns for Motherboard merchandise purchases must be received within 21 calendar days of the delivery date of your order. Refunds for only the product portion of your purchase, excluding shipping charges, will be issued within 10 business days of the receipt of your returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and show no signs of use.
Any errors in engraving will be corrected and items reshipped at no additional charge. Refunds for orders which include engraving will be limited to material defects or production errors.
If you choose to return an item to us, you are responsible for paying for the return postage. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and show no signs of use.

If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased or have received as a gift for a different color or for a different product we would be happy to exchange it for you. Please send us the item(s) you would like exchanged along with written instructions for the exchange. You are responsible for paying the postage for shipping the items that you would like exchanged back to us as well as for the postage for your new items.
